Ramco Erectors, Inc. is a fully insured, Houston based metal building and structural steel Erection Company established in 1977 and that has grown through competitive pricing, guaranteed workmanship, and satisfied customers. Our management team is a group of seasoned professionals with experience in all areas of steel erection and construction that have over 175 years total experience to insure we provide a quality product every time. All crews are fully equipped – including safety equipment, generators, welders, and etcetera. We own and keep OSHA certified equipment necessary to erect most buildings.   We work primarily in Texas and the surrounding area of the Midwest and are licensed to work in Louisiana.

 

We offer a two year leak warranty if 1” tape seal is used and a 3 year warranty on standing seam roof systems as our standard versus the industry standard of a 1 year warranty. Hips and valleys are warranted for only 1 year unless metal closures are furnished.

 

We offer several services to take care of any of your roofing problems including re-roofing of any type metal roof, retro-fit roofing over metal roof or built up roof, inspections, minor repairs, lining valley gutter with 100 mil Geo-flex rubber liner or replacement of valley gutter. We offer roof coating over rusted areas if not deteriorated and replacement of screws and closures.*  Complete inspection of new or existing roofs is also available. We will be happy to quote any commercial metal building repair or modification needs on your roof or walls. We will quote labor and equipment only unless you indicate material is needed.
